Hootathon Bake Sale Zena Salloum | November 8th, 2018

For this academic year, numerous members of the American Marketing Association baked goods in honor to raise money for the upcoming event HootaThon. This year multiple members dedicated their hours to sell the goods in exchange for a donation of any amount. This method of not putting a specific amount price tag on a good allowed many of Temple University’s staff and students to donate as much as they would like out of the kindness of their heart towards a great foundation.

HootaThon is an organization that raises awareness and funds for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Through the bake sale, we raised a total of $305 raised within five hours.
